At Ami Clubwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
**Return Conditions:**
1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
2. All tags must be attached.
3. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
**How to Return:**
1. Please contact our customer service at [email protected] or call us at 215-373-6300 to initiate a return.
2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send back your item.
3. Pack the item securely and include the RAN in the package.
**Refunds:**
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
**Exchanges:**
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
